This season’s version of the Wellesley is hand woven from a cotton and polyester blend yarn and features a red and white bold stripe pattern. The addition of the polyester adds to the durability of the yarn. Suede binding wraps at the base of the leather handles also improves the bag’s durability. The interior is accessed through a 1″ drop-in top zipper with a silver tab closure and the white cotton lining has two open pockets for either a cell phone, hand held computer or iPod.
